Patron – contemporary art fair

Patron 2013 – art fair of works by young Hungarian artists

10 – 18 December 2013

Buy a work of contemporary art this Christmas!

This December, the Studio of Young Artists’ Association organizes its special Christmas art fair Patron for the third time. The Studio, with almost 500 members, is the largest professional body of progressive, experimental young artists in Hungary.

The point of Patron is to offer contemporary artworks at an affordable price for the interested public, including collectors and collectors-to-be. The artists exhibiting at the fair are members of the Studio, many of whom will bring new works that can be seen at Patron for the first time.

We organize this fair so that our visitors can purchase unique but not overpriced artworks, while we also hope that under the current harsh economical conditions, we may be able to procure some support for both the artists and the Studio itself.

In the Studio Gallery, visitors will see works of various genres and themes by more than 80 contemporary artists. The fair will be proof that buying artworks is not the privilege of a small social cluster only.
