Black and white – Exhibition of Zsolt Asztalos

Opening: 13 February 2001

On view till: 4 March 2011

Opened by art historian József Készman

The young artist, Zsolt Asztalos presented an interesting “experiment” at his first individual exhibition in Stúdió Gallery.
The artist vigorously researching the pitfalls of visuality and of representation tried to dishearten the senses of the spectator by means of three installations.
He called attention to the problematic way we perceive images and objects in a bizarre manner: that of reproducing the concept and sight of black and white photographs through his 3D installations.
